At The Bella Vita, A Beautiful Life Psychology Group Inc., our programs are designed to address more than just the eating disorders symptoms of anorexia, bulimia, or binge-eating. We help you discover how to deal with the inner feelings and emotions that trigger emotional susceptibility and offer effective coping skills to diminish behaviors. For each individual, these underlying issues may be complicated by other disorders, such as depression, bi-polar, anxiety, obsessive compulsive, trauma, chemical dependency, body dysmorphic disorder and many other debilitating conditions that diminish the quality of life.  So, we clinically diagnose you, the individual, not just your symptoms or condition. The healing then begins from within.

Healing From Within, Where You Need It The Most

Our goal is to help you heal from the inside out. This is an on-going process of teaching you to stay in touch with, and honor, your feelings, thoughts and intuitions. Our highly knowledgeable and experienced team helps you learn to deal with the external pressures that pull you towards unhealthy behavior. We give you the tools to think differently, so you learn to feel and behave differently. Your challenge is to take personal responsibility for your own life, learning how to trust yourself and others to free yourself from your disorder, in turn bringing about inner peace and healing. Our challenge is to help you find ways within yourself to meet these personal and therapeutic goals, and create with you ways to effectively do this long after your time with us has passed. We strive to create a comfortable, nurturing environment based on building trust, personal relationships, and a mutual understanding of each other.

We Work With Many Insurance Carriers
